Elliott Cole (b.1985) is a photographic artist based in the United Kingdom.
His work uses a loose, lyrical, documentary style where atmosphere, metaphor and narrative are central to his practice.
His recent work has engaged with subject matters including mental health coping strategies, our relationship to the natural world and marginalised communities in the South West of England.
The style of Elliott’s work lends itself to a broad range of applications such as fashion, lifestyle, travel and advertising.
As well as pursuing his own projects that underpin his practice, Elliott works both editorially and commercially. His work has been published in publications such as The Guardian, Boneshaker Magazaine, Huck, Smart Read and The Telegraph
He received a BA in photography from Nottingham Trent University in 2009 and an MA in photography at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol).
